They say adapt or die.  With that in mind I proudly present MY WEBSITE.  Whether you are a polar bear living on shrinking ice, or a mortgage lender living in the electronic age, the principle applies. I’ve long believed in the “old school” approach of “high touch over high tech”. Don’t misunderstand; I’ve had the ability to conduct business electronically for years. The loan origination and processing systems I use have robust online modules, but I’ve resisted them.
